Donald Trump maybe considered eccentric but his intellect about building wealth and financial education is as profound and proven as his hair is gregarious. With an open mind he looked into Network Marketing and realized it is one of the fastest growing business models.

He states, years ago when franchising began business questioned the legitimacy. Today everyone in the world has heard of McDonalds. Network Marketing still a fairly new business model is experiencing the same opposition as franchising did in its beginning.

Many Fortune 500 companies including banks, telecom companies, real estate brokerages, credit card companies and major consumer brands are committed to people to people marketing and distribution. Trump recommends having an open mind and if you’re looking to start your own business check out Network Marketing.

Keys for success in Network Marketing:

1.      Marketing-If you are self-motivated; Network marketing can be a powerful tool. Visualize a product and then remove the advertising agency; it’s now up to you to do the marketing and advertising. Be passionate enough about it to get it going on your own and keep up the momentum and motivation at a high level. It requires an entrepreneurial spirit. Stays focused and persevere. He does not advocate Network Marketing to people who are not self-motivated.

2.      Socialilibity is a requirement, so if you’re not social or outgoing, think twice about going into Network Marketing.

3.      The Product- Make sure the product is worth your energy and total devotion. No use energetically spinning your wheels if you don’t believe in the product you market.

4.      Time- Give yourself time to develop in Network Marketing. Success doesn’t happen overnight.

5.      Your Comfort Zone- Find your limits and stretch beyond that point.

6.      Leadership- Critical for success, you must take charge and have a can-do attitude.

Trump continues to say Network Marketing has been a proven and viable source of income. It will be rewarding to you by overcoming your challenges. Know what you are getting into and what is expected.

Success is earned through diligence, enthusiasm and right product at the right time.

Keep the focus groups mentality when starting in Network Marketing. Advertising agencies use focus groups as a way to test a new product. They try out different locations and ask everyday people what they like or dislike about a product. If you don’t like a product, it doesn’t mean everyone else will. Find the product appeal everyone can agree on.

In closing, he states to do your research about the product and company and then put everything you’ve got into your product. Genuine enthusiasm is hard to beat and the odds will be with you.
